Fajita Seasoning

2 T chili powder

1 ½ tsp salt (kosher)

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp oregano

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 ½ tsp cumin

1/2 tsp coriander

½ tsp cayenne


Mix all of the ingredients together.

Start with 1/4 tsp of cayenne if you don't like it spicy. The 1/2 tsp is a touch spicy, maybe a medium-hot heat.


Use it on your favorite style fajita meat. I use it in my Pico de Gallo chicken and anytime I want a quick chicken breast fried up with a little spice.
